Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to browse this site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21+ and that you will not share our products with anyone under 21.
Product Use & Compliance
All VelvetCBD products are derived from federally compliant hemp containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Products are intended for legal use only. State and local laws vary and change frequently — it is your responsibility to verify that hemp-derived THCA products are legal in your state before ordering. We do not ship to states where our products are prohibited.
Lab Testing & COAs
Every product batch is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are batch-matched to the products we ship. If you need the COA for your order, contact us at support@velvetcbd.com with your order number.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping rate: $7.99 flat-rate standard shipping across the United States.
- Free shipping: Orders over $100 ship free.
- Handling time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Packaging: All orders ship in discreet, smell-proof packaging with no product branding visible.
- Restrictions: We ship only within the United States, and not to states where hemp-derived THCA products are prohibited.
Returns & Refunds
- Return window: You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- How to return: Email support@velvetcbd.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Returns are accepted by mail.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
VelvetCBD is not responsible for misuse of products, use contrary to the law, or violations of state or local regulations. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use THCA products if you are subject to drug testing — they can cause a positive result.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
